Doda, November 10; With an aim to give first hand instructions to PRIs and BDOs on taking up of works under MGNREGA so that the wage employment is provided to the job card holders, a virtual interactive session was held by ACD Doda Sh Phulail Singh.

During the interactions Grievances of PRIs were also listened, discussed and  were redressed by ACD on the spot.
Various other issues related to implementation of the schemes in RDD were also discussed and ACD assured the PRIs that the District Administration and RDD officers are always ready to work in coordination with the PRIs. He applauded the PRIs of District Doda for their active participation in  successful completion of Back to village -4.

  The PRIs were urged to take active part in Swachh Bharat Abhyan by competing the target of Swachh Gram in the District.The ACD urged all the PRIs to spread awareness about Swachhata among the public and ensure that the single use plastic is eradicated completely from the rural villages in the Panchayats.

He further urged upon the PRIs to ensure transparency in implementation of the schemes of the department and stressed upon  them to keep vigil on various works and report any irregularities in implementation of the scheme.
