DC reviews progress on key indicators of Revenue department

Deputy Commissioner Doda Vishesh Paul Mahajan today chaired a detailed meeting of key Officials of revenue department here in the conference hall of DC office to review the progress on the various priority areas under implementation of the  department.
 
During the meeting threadbare discussion was held on various key indicators which includes latest position on; Reconstruction of Missing record/ Massives; Generation and Distribution of Land Passbooks; Implimentation of online services; Progress of delineation of Gair Mumkin Khads; Physical eviction of State/ Common / Kacharie/ Roshni land; Details of Revenue Court cases; Identification of land for Revenue Buildings; Goshwara Jinswara for Kharif 2022; Proposals for Stamp duty rates for the year 2023; Identification of land for R-SETI; Attestation of pending Mutations; Details of Stone/Hot/ Wet Mix Plants operating in the district; Rationalization of Patwar Halqas; and Pending Land Acquisition cases.
 
The DC while reviewing the status of missing/ damaged records/ Massives was informed that only 47 masavis are not available/ damaged here in the district, for which the reconstruction process is in progress. DC has instructed to constitute a team of Girdawars and Patwaris  well versed with the task so that missing/ damaged record is reconstructed soon.
On Generation and Distribution of Land Passbooks, DC appreciated the officers for distributing 100% Land Passbooks to Land holders either as hard copies or soft copies. He asked to take up the corrections if any as applied by the Land owners. 

Tehsildars were instructed to issue fards only in online from tomorrow onwards, for the convenience of the general public. He asked to ensure all NOCs under Change of Land Use (CLU) are sent to DC office within 7 days. DC has made it clear that if the NOC is not received within 15 days from any department, it shall be deemed that the department has no objection.

On the delineation of Gair Mumkin Khads, it has been asked to the SDMs and Tehsildars to send report before 31st of December to the DC office. With regard to eviction of encroachments, the DC passed strict directions to all the Tehsildars to expedite the anti encroachment drives. 
On the pendency of revenue court cases DC has asked the revenue officers to speed up the disposal and clear the current pendency of 204 cases by 31st of March 2023. The officers were also directed to identify land for Revenue buildings by 5th of December so that the process for creation of revenue offices complexes in all sub divisions and tehsils be initiated. DC also directed the revenue officers to varify the Stone Crushers /Hot / Wet Mix Plants for valid permissions and their impact on environment and the society.
 
Meanwhile the DC also directed the Tehsildars to conduct the regular grievance redressal camps and tour to the far off places so that people grievances shall be addressed at the door step. Moreover with regard to winter preparedness the DC directed the Tehsildars to ensure that all the basic amenities are in advance available in their jurisdiction in coordination with the concerned line departments so that inconvenience shall be avoided and hassle free supply of basic amenities  is ensured. 
 
The meeting was attended by ADC Doda, ADC Bhaderwah, ACR Doda, SDMs, ACD Doda, Dy Director Employment, all Tehsildars, and other concerned officials.
