DODA POLICE APPREHENDED A BOOTLEGGER

DODA POLICE APPREHENDED A BOOTLEGGER, RECOVERED HUGE QUANTITY OF ILLICIT LIQUOR AT BHADERWAH 

Today on 15th of January, 2023, Doda Police apprehended a bootlegger with huge quantity of illicit liquor from his possession at Bhaderwah. 

Giving details Doda Police said that it was learnt through reliable sources that one Ram Prasad son of Suram Chand resident of Chinchora Chinta Bhaderwah is habitual of selling illicit liquor. It was also learnt that he was carrying illicit liquor and moving towards Chinta Bhaderwah for the purpose of selling of the liquor.

    Acting swiftly after the receipt of this information a Police party of Police Post Bhalra (Bhad) headed by PSI Bhupinder Singh , Incharge Police Post Bhalra apprehended him at Balote Bhaderwah and (37) bottles of JK Special Whisky  was recovered from his possession.  
  
       In this regard, a case FIR No. 03/2023 under relevant section has been registered at Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation of the case has been taken up.
