•    E-nomination in respect of Five visitors was successfully completed in Office.
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office – Jammu is functioning in flexi hours to offload the work related to claims by capitalising on system speed. EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders. To ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance enquiry, filing of online claims including transfer, advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands on demonstration. In the meanwhile, Mr. Romil Pandita visited office as his pension was stopped. He was not able to submit his digital life certificate and his DLC- Jeevan Praman has been completed today on instruction of RPFC-I. 
Ms Nikita Sharma approached P F Commissioner, whose UAN was provided to her (through Aadhaar). Her e-nomination was successfully completed in the Office. The visitor appreciated the services of EPFO and recorded her feedback on her Instagram Account citing promptness of  EPFO, Jammu’s services. 
     Miss Orusa Mushtaq came from Kishtwar as she was not able to transfer his PF from one Member ID to another. Her “Date of Exit” was marked from member home as there was contribution present in her member Id and transfer claim (Form-13) also applied. Ms Neelma Devi visited office from Batote for name correction from Neelam Devi to Neelma Devi, RPFC-I gave order to concerned official and same was processed by Shri Arun Kumar, SSSA. Mr Amit From M/s Tiny Tots School and Smt Manya From M/s Anphar Laboratory visited as both were getting error while filing ECR. They both were facilitated that how to file ECR Challan. 
Mr Ajay Sharma an employee of M/s watermelon Management services Pvt Ltd was not able to transfer his PF from One UAN to another. It was found that in previous UAN, aadhaar was not seeded and presently company is covered from RO Delhi (East). RPFC-I personally take up this matter with Delhi office. Joint Declaration of Shri Rattan Lal was processed from RO Srinagar. Joint Declaration of Shri Amrik Singh received today where only gender need to be updated and same was processed by Shri Dharmendra Kumar, SSSA 
 Shri Rizwan Uddin, Regional P F Commissioner-I will personally hear the grievances/issues of all stakeholders on day-to-day basis. All the stakeholders can visit office for quick disposal of their grievances and to register any problems faced by them related to EPFO.
