DRAC Approves 34, Defers 3 Rent Assessment Cases in Doda
 
The District Rent Assessment Committee, which met here under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Vishesh Paul Mahajan, Discussed 37 cases under Rent Assessment, occupied by various departments. Committee approved 34 rent cases out of the 37 submitted cases. While 3 submitted cases were deferred and authorities were asked to route them   through proper channel.
 
The rent cases which were discussed in the committee and approved were pertaining  to various Government Departments which include Police, Army,  Social Welfare, Education, GMC, Health, FCS&CA, Fire and Emergency, Animal Husbandry, JKPCC, Legal Metrology, NYK, Horticulture, and Agriculture.
 
The Committee discussed the fixation of rent of various structures in which various government offices are functioning across the district. The DC directed the Committee members to conduct the title verification of all the fresh assessments within 7 days. 
 
The meeting was attended by SSP Doda, CPO Doda, ACR Doda, CMO Doda, Dy Director Employment, CAO, DSWO, CEO Doda, CAO, AD FCS&CA, CAHO Doda, CDPO Bhagwah, representatives of Fire and Emergency, Legal Metrology, Army and PWD.
