Awareness/ Orientation camp held by DE & CC Doda at Khellani. 

Doda, December 22; Under the ongoing 'Good Governance Week'  (PRASHASAN GAON  KI AUR), District Employment & Counseling Centre Doda under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Doda Sh. Vishesh Paul Mahajan, held an awareness cum orientation program at Khellani. The program was organized under the supervision of Deputy Director Employment Doda Idrees Lone in which the officers & officials from various deptts including DIC Doda, Animal Husbandry, Banks,  Rural Development & Panchayati Raj were present. 

The program was attended by PRI members & youth of the area. Awareness about various self-employment schemes was given to the participants  & were encouraged to avail the benefits of the schemes. The youth was informed about the benefits of getting themselves registered on the portal of Employment deptt. The youth was briefed about the govt schemes like  Mumkin, Tejaswini,  Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative of  Mission Youth. Functional Manager DIC Doda discussed in detail  various aspects of PMEGP right from online application to the sanctioning of loan in which young entrepreneurs can avail benefits of subsidy for  both manufacturing & services in rural & urban areas. Ours being a rural & agrarian economy the participants were also given detailed awareness about the Integrated Dairy Development Scheme of Animal Husbandry which can be beneficial for the area. Ahsanul Haq Malik Branch Head JK Bank Khellani also cleared various doubts of aspiring entrepreneurs. The PRIs & locals of the area appreciated the efforts of Distt. Administration for organizing such event for the youth.
