• “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0District Outreach and awareness Program”for the month of January 2023 organised by EPFO,in the UT of Jammu-Kashmir and UT of Ladakh
•Ms Arti Ahuja, Secretary Labour, and Employment, Govt of India Inaugurated the initiative online. Online feedback from Camps at Samba, Jammu and Leh was obtained by Central P F Commissioner M/s Neelam Shami Rao.
• A number of grievances resolved today of grievances and facilitating stakeholders is done in “Nidhi Apke Nikat 2.0”.
The “Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 District Outreach and Awareness Program” were organized in the districts of EPFO, Jammu, Jammu (R.S. Pura), Samba, Kathua, Srinagar and Ganderbal by EPFO for the stakeholders of UT of Jammu-Kashmir and in the Districts of Leh for the stakeholders of UT of Ladakh on 27.01.2023 from 10:30 AM.
EPFO Jammu, Srinagar and Ladakh took this opportunity to provide handholding support to the stakeholders at the respective venues besides hearing them (their suggestions, inputs, and grievances). Issues and problems faced by the Organizations in implementing the EPF & MP Act. 1952 were heard and necessary actions were taken accordingly. UAN Activation, Bank & Aadhaar Seeding, filing of online claims, filing of e-nominations, e-sign, filing ECR wereexplained with hands on demonstration in the programme.
Regional P F Commissioner-I,J& K and Ladakh had a word with Sh. Ramesh Kumar, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu and necessary official communications were made all concerned authorities ,who facilitated the programmes in respective Districts.
“Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 District Outreach Program” were addressed by Shri Sanjeev Kumar EO/AO, Shri Bipin Kumar EO/AO, Shri Pramod Kumar Singh EO/AO, Shri Ankur Janghu EO/AO, Shri Suhail Khan, EO/AO and Ms. Kanchana Khatarkar, SSSA under the supervision of Regional P. F.Shri Suhail Khan, District Nodal Officer called on the DC, Ganderbal who also welcomed the initiative. Commissioner-I, Shri Rizwan Uddin.
Smt Anuradha Gupta, DC Samba was present in inaugural session of Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 and thanked CPFC for such a novel initiative.MsDevia Nanda, BDO RS Pura,Sh. Prem Singh, DIC Kathua, Sh. P L Thapa, CEO Kathua, DEO Kathua, and representatives of Establishments also participated in the program.
Death Claim in r/o Late Shri Ranjeet Bharti was received at Samba, where widow Smt. Reeta Devi was assured that claim would be processed expeditiously. Ms Shivali Sharma from M/s. Sun Pharma requested for reset of login id password, her password has been generated immediately.
26 persons at BDO, RS Pura, 112 person at DC Office Kathua, 35 person at DCOffice Samba, 46 at DC Office Ganderbal, 38 Person at Srinagar, 12 person at Leh attended NAN 2.0.
Shri Farooq Ahmad Pandow of M/s Kashmir Golf Club appeared with request to make minor changes in his name and same was updated. Further, Shri Mukhtiyar Ahmad Ganai, representative of Khyber Industries Limited, enquired about the documents required to make changes in date of birth.
Representative of the establishment M/s Sai International School appeared before PF commissionerin office to update Joint Declarations of his employees and same were updated. Mr. Manjeet resident of Kathua visited to make correction in DOB of his cousin namely Mr. Gulab Chand and correction was done within 5 minutes. Digital Life Certificate of Smt Sarfo Devi having PPO No: LDASR00026873 also updated.
In Leh, MsRigzan representative of M/s Indus Valley and Mr. Ali Asgar from M/s Yountan Society Education Department appeared to enquire about the process of UAN activation, ECR filing etc.
Efforts are made during “Nidhi Aapke Nikat” programme toredress cases/grievances the same day.
