NOTORIOUS DRUG PEDDLER HELD WITH NARCOTICS AT BHALRA BHADERWAH

 Continuing its drive to tighten the noose of drug Peddlers, Doda Police has intensified patrolling/ checking operation and has apprehended one drug Peddler with narcotics from his possession.

A Police party of Police Post  Bhalra Bhaderwah was on  checking /frisking duty in Bhalra area and during  checking the Police party  noticed suspicious movement of one pedestrian who was intercepted for checking/frisking purpose and on enquiry he disclosed his name as Amjad Hussain Butt son of  Mohd Hussain Butt resident of Chinar Mohalla Bhaderwah. During his personal search Charas like substance was recovered from his possession.

 On this Case FIR No. 64/2023 under relevant provisions of NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation has been 
started.

 Mentionable here that this year Doda Police has registered fifteen ( 15 ) FIRs in which ( 17 )drug Peddlers have been booked and thirteen (13) habitual and notorious drug Peddlers have been detained under preventive action in this District.
