DODA POLICE ARRESTED TWO NOTORIOUS DRUG PEDDLERS WITH HEROIN FROM BHADERWAH.

 In a statement issued by Doda Police, a Police Party of Police  Station Bhaderwah while on  checking/frisking  duty  at Naka  Point Domail Bhaderwah  apprehended two  drug peddlers namely (1) Mohammad Sohail  (alias  Sohail Ganja)  son of  Mohammad Aslam  resident  of Sarafa Mohalla Bhaderwah and (2)  Arsan Malik son of Late Imtiyaz Malik resident of Qilla Mohalla , Bhaderwah and during  their search  narcotic substance (heroin) was recovered from their possession. Moreover a bike bearing Regd No. JK06-B 0196 belonging to accused Arsan Malik  which was used for transporting the Narcotics has also been seized.

 
 In this  regard,Case FIR No. 87/2023 under relevant provisions of NDPS Act stands registered at  Police Station Bhaderwah and investigation has been taken up.

 Pertinent to mention here that drug Peddler namely Mohammad Sohai @Sohail Ganja is a notorious drug peddler and was wanted by  Bhaderwah Police since long. Ultimately  Police succeeded in apprehending him.

Doda Police has continued its efforts under operation SANJEEVNI to eradicate the menace of drugs and make  District Doda drug free.
