12 VEHICLES SEIZED, 83 CHALLANED FOR TRAFFIC  VIOLATIONS IN DISTRICT DODA

Continuing its drive against the traffic violators, Doda Police while conducting checking, has seized (12) vehicles and challaned (83) vehicles for violating traffic laws on different routes in District Doda.

 Mentionable here that in this special drive against traffic violators, Doda Police, apart from registration of FIRs against drivers, has seized and challaned number of vehicles for carrying passengers beyond the seating capacity and other traffic violations. 

General Public is informed and appealed by Police to co-operate and inform, if any driver especially drivers of passanger vehicles are noticed carrying overload or drive rashly and negligently, stringent action will be taken by Police which will lead to suspension of vehicle documents and driving licence of drivers besides registration of FIRs against erring drivers.
