DODA ARM WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP 
(THE TABLE WARRIOR-1ST EDITION 2024)

DODA, J&K :  Deputy Commissioner Doda Shri Harvinder Singh (IAS) inaugurated an Arm Wrestling Competition at Community Hall Doda.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Sh. Deshbandhu Branch Manager LIC Doda, representatives of District Youth Services & Sports Officer Doda & Executive Officer Municipal Council Doda,  and several other guests.

The event marked the commencement of the arm wrestling competition that drew participants and spectators from Kishtwar , Ramban, Thathri, Assar, Bhaderwah and other parts of the erstwhile District Doda.

DC Doda expressed gratitude to Doda Warrior Sports Club for organising this kind of first ever Championship and emphasized the importance of such events for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle in the community.

The inauguration ceremony set the stage for an action-packed day of competition and excitement, with arm wrestling teams gearing up to showcase their strength and skill.

This event was organised by DODA WARRIOR SPORTS CLUB (J&K) in collaboration with District Administration Doda.

The main sponsors of the event were Municipal Council Doda along with LIC Doda, SK Caterers Doda, Dairy Star Ice Cream Doda, The Bliss Cafe.

The officials from the Department of Youth Services & Sports Ifroz Ahmed, Imran Mugal, Farooq Suhail, Parvaiz Ahmed and Pramod Thakur were the referees for the event.

The President Doda Warrior Sports Club thanked DC Doda for supporting and giving valuable time for organising this event.
