ZEO Office Sogam as the President of SENTEF Kupwara and today in the evening in presence of Vice-President SENTEF Kupwara and other senior members of Ministerial Cadre R.O. of Election Commission of SENTEF Kupwara issued a formal Victory certificate to the newly elected President SENTEF Kupwara Mr Sheikh Ashiq Rasool.
